This place suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a wake-up call that I remember fondly. I highly recommend staying here. I'm returning for Xmas!

The room offered ample space and a good kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare meals. However, I encountered cleanliness issues and an unexpected visit from staff during checkout. A word of advice, communicate clearly about late checkout to avoid interruptions.

the stay was adequate at best. disgusting roaches everywhere, and the smell, oh don’t get me started! i woudl ve been pleased with my stay if only i had received a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. but alas, here we are. almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

My recent stay at Extended Stay was quite pleasant. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, which made preparing meals convenient. The staff provided excellent service and truly ensured my comfort during my time there. The property was clean and well-maintained, contributing to a positive atmosphere for getting work done. I particularly appreciated that it's designed for longer stays, offering amenities like a small dining area and living space.

There was no coffee available in the morning.

I faced significant issues with cleanliness. there were roaches in my room, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the inconsistency in room availability was frustrating, as I reserved a room with two beds but ended up with one. Staff response to problems felt dismissive, which compounded my disappointment during the stay.

We had a spacious room with a full kitchen, making it easy for our large family with 3 small children to cook meals together. The nearby Charlotte Museum of History was a hit with the kids, and we appreciated the flexibility of the hotel's kitchen facilities.

My kids wished for cleaner hallways and more supervision.
